    A traditional West Country Farmhouse Cheddar aged deep within the caves at Wookey Hole.

    Aged for a minimum of fifteen months, Coastal is often characterised with a distinctive crunch – a result of the calcium lactate crystals which form naturally in the cheese as it matures.

    Ford Farm Cave Aged Goat’s Cheddar is made from 100% Goat’s milk and is the only one of its kind to be matured in caves in the UK.
