Ford Farm is very much a people business. We have as little machinery as possible in order to maintain our commitment to making all of our produce by hand. Though most of us are not related at all, it feels very much like a family here at Ford Farm. We are proud to say that some of our staff have worked here nearly all their working lives! Take our Finance Director, Claire Pike. Dedicated Claire has been with us now for an impressive nine years! Though it’s a stressful job, Claire always takes comfort from the beautiful view of the Dorset Downs from her office window.
