Blending our cheese with a whole range of different ingredients is one of the activities we enjoy most here at Ford Farm.Our lucky tasters spend much of their time combining different ingredients to develop new and exciting ways to tempt your tastebuds.They take a crumbly, creamy Wensleydale and combine it with the sharp, tangy flavour of juicy cranberries.Or they sprinkle a variety of herbs such as garlic, chives, sage and mustard seed into a Farmhouse Cheddar to give it an extra je ne sais quoi.Our tasters have also really enjoyed ploughing their way through bottles VSOP, to find the one that most compliments our Ford Farm Cheddar with Port Wine one of our best selling lines for Christmas.
